Welcome to AI Proficiency Lab

These terms govern use of our platform focused on artificial intelligence education. By accessing our services, info products, or goods, you agree to these conditions.

1. Services

Our AI education services include live workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one guidance. Scheduling adjustments must be requested at least 7 days before the start date via contact form. Upon timely notice, you may transfer your service to a later date. A full reimbursement is available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event. Personalized consultations that require custom preparation are non-refundable after materials have been provided, due to resource commitments.

2. Information Products

Info products include digital courses, e-books, and recorded seminars. You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no course access or download has occurred. Once access credentials have been used or files have been downloaded, no reimbursement will be granted. Unused credit may be applied to another info product if requested within the 14-day window.

3. Goods

Physical items sold through our platform may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate sending the item back, contact us via contact form. Upon receipt of the item, a reimbursement will be issued to the original method of payment. Items sent back after 30 days are not eligible for reimbursement, but may be swapd for store credit at our discretion.

4. Reimbursement Process

To request a reimbursement, submit your order number and reason for request through the contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment channel.

5. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of revisions.
